Deep Connection

Anita is a beautiful soul. I felt connected and at total ease with her the moment I met her. I came to the circle with a clear intention and have felt a shift in myself since then. It was beautiful to share the circle with other women. There was a sense of sisterhood we laughed and cried together. We chanted and danced together. We spoke and heard each other. It was such a healing experience and Anita was the best facilitator who guided us on this journey. What a beautiful and unforgettable evening.

Yesterday I had a session with Anita and it was a very unique experience. I’ve had many different kinds of massage in my life before but this one was absolutely amazing. Each individual element was simply perfect… the beautiful nice smells from the oils and incense, the calming relaxing music in the background and specially Anita’s warm touch and welcoming presence. Each element coming together to create the ultimate massage retreat/energy healing. At the whole time I felt relaxed, grounded and supported. I would recommend Anita to everyone in a heartbeat. I slept like a baby

I had the opportunity to have a session with Anita a couple of days ago. Anita is not only capable but caring and created a nice and relaxing environment so I trusted myself into her professional hands. I had some trouble sleeping, and after the treatment I slept like a baby! Will recommend anyone to have a session with Anita. I truly enjoyed the session!

My heart is open

Anita has a calming ground feel as I enter the treatment room, remove my shoes. This is a sacred space ready to accommodate. Soft Indian music floats in the air.
Anita is humble, welcoming and encouraging. We talk for a few minutes which helps me settle into my new surrounds.
I lay on her massage table, fully clothed. Anita talks to me and feel myself relax more deeply. As she takes hold of my ankles I feel myself slowly letting go of my thoughts from my day and settle in my body.
We talk a little more and then I feel the need to chat is no longer there. I lose track of time and the outside world falls away as I begin to feel my energy flowing through my body again. I sense that a waterfall of energy is flowing in my body.
Already Anita tells me that when I am ready I can sit up and to take my time. I feel supported, nurtured and renewed. Thank you, thank you. My heart is open and I am ready to move on. I will be back again.

I felt safe with Anita

Everyone should make time to get their energy cleansed. It was an amazing experience. I felt safe with Anita and all these beautiful souls around me. I also loved the organic refreshments after the ceremony and chatting with everyone.

Best take away: I felt quite fragile and worried before the ceremony. But it changed – I feel centred, relaxed, lighter and grateful.
