Kundalini Yoga is called the Yoga of Awareness, and I practice and teach it with a strong focus on being in your body, grounded in your energy field, presence and integration. It is a science that brings balance to your body, mind and soul and its power lies in the actual experience. It is the creative potential, working directly on the total energy, harnessing the nervous, mental and physical energies of the body and it is said that which would take twenty years can be done in a year with Kundalini Yoga. This powerful and dynamic technology, rooted in the tantric practice of activating your primal power of Kundalini Shakti, is designed to awaken and experience your soul, it goes directly into your heart and extends your consciousness to expand the horizon of grace and truth. The gift of its practice is to encounter your own ego rapidly so its attachments can be cleared and your infinite potential is realised. The gift is to become yourself.
Kundalini Yoga is for everyone, it is nondenominational and universal. There is no need for any prior experience, to be flexible, strong, athletic, to be spiritual or to have a particular belief. It is a Sacred Science that is applied to our minds and bodies while aiming to the boundless spirit. It benefits and expands personal, spiritual, and professional growth as it provides a road map for self-improvement and self-acceptance, a skill set to successfully deal with the challenges of your daily life. Shifts in consciousness and emotional states result from its practice, improving your overall well-being and strengthening your resilience.
Kundalini Yoga enables a fast way to create transformation. It is a combination of breathwork (pranayama), kriya (postures), hand gestures (mudra), sacred sound (mantra), eye-focus (acting as mental focus) and body locks. A series of these in a specific order works towards a particular outcome while strengthening the nervous system, balancing the glandular system, purifying the blood, increasing body strength, expanding lung capacity and promoting overall physical fitness. You will become more confident, capable and efficient in whatever you do in your life. At the same time, you work toward your liberation and become increasingly more aware of yourself on all levels.
The benefits are many as it creates an internal biochemistry of mental calm and clarity and also supports the treatment of anxiety, depression, addiction and post-traumatic stress disorder.
I support you with anything you want to work on within a safely held container both face to face and online/remote via 1:1 regularly or as a one-off to get you started and giving you “homework” tailored to your needs after an initial session. The length of a class/session is between an hour and one and a half.
It can be beneficial to combine Kundalini Yoga with Frequency Attunement Alchemy, Ceremony (face-to-face only), Mediation and Attunement Practice, yet this is not a requirement, all sessions are individually available.
