We invite you to join us for weekly Mediation/Activation & Mantra. These powerful practices of awareness bring you back into yourself, connecting you with your higher realms. They clear your mind, emotions, physical discomfort, feelings and help you to accept what is present. Both are calming, grounding, bring you into a stable state of being and expand your consciousness. Chanting Mantras is uplifting and brings transformation while strengthening you.
Anita has a unique style to teach and activate your field on a DNA level due to her embodiment and experience with many different modalities and practices for two decades. She tunes into the present energies on the day and might include sound healing, breathwork (pranayama), kriya (postures), hand gestures (mudra), eye-focus (acting as mental focus) and body locks.

Anita is a certified practitioner and Kundalini Yoga Teacher in addition to many other qualifications and skills she has acquired in 20 years of studies, development, exploration, experience, healing and embodiment. She has developed a unique skill set alchemising the best tools and possibilities from various modalities, teachings, natural medicine systems, therapies, and practices.
Anita has unlocked her Clair senses (Clairvoyance (clear seeing), Clairsentience (clear feeling), Claircognizance (clear knowing) and Clairaudience (clear hearing). She is a Quantumhealer working interdimensional and on a DNA level.
For several years she is assisting and supporting individuals and community worldwide on their journey home to themselves. Having a wealth of life experience in many different environments, cultures, settings and paradigms, Anita has developed a unique ability of understanding and perceive someone’s circumstances with compassion and without judgement.

Free Guided Online Meditations
For your best experience, we recommend enjoying the below free guided online meditations in a quiet and undisturbed space. Ideally, do not eat for an hour before meditating, have water with you, wear layered clothing and sit cross-legged with a straight spine on the floor, on a cushion, sheep skin, blanket, chair, sofa, or whatever you feel you can sit comfortably on in a meditative position. It is best to maintain a straight spine and neck during the practice to allow the energy flow.

There are several meanings to the auspicious number 108 and why mantras are recited 108 times. It connects the ancient and modern world, the physical realm and the metaphysical. It represents unity, the wholeness of existence and spiritual completion. Like with everything, we receive the information in the most neutral way possible and if we want to “know”, we embark on the experience. For us, there is definitely truth in the above statements. How does it feel for you?
Use your mantra mala, if you have one, for this meditation, to chant the Mangala Charn Mantra “Ad Guray Nameh, Jugad Guray Nameh, Sat Guray Nameh Siri Guru Devay Nameh” 108 times. To conclude the meditation, the connection between your heart, your Qi (Chi) and your third eye will be strengthened with a simple yet powerful meditation. Enjoy!

In this meditation, the greatest of all mantras is experienced, the “Om”. It is interpreted as having three sounds representing creation, preservation, and destruction, or as consisting of the same three sounds, representing waking, dreams, and deep sleep, along with the following silence, which is fulfillment. Use your mantra mala, if you have one, to chant it 108 times.
After that, your heart, Qi (Chi) and third eye are the focus for alignment, clarity and truth. Enjoy!

Our very first online meditation was held at Anita’s teacher clinic in Bondi Junction (Sydney), online and live. He left the earth plane in 2021, but his teachings are always present in her work. This meditation is very close to our heart and holds a very special energy, including three meditation sets focused on the heart with pranayama, mantra and mudra.
